KJ, I just loved this post and your stream of consciousness that you just displayed on how you limit (using this word loosely) the number of books you take on vacay! I literally laughed out loud. On my last trip I bought a new paperback at Hudson (it’s required when in an airport to buy a new book - is it not?) even though I brought two books with me. It was Sara Ackerman’s The Unchartered Flight of Olivia West. I read the ENTIRE book during my travel day and barely spoke to hubby. It was a great read!
Gosh! It’s been so long since I’ve taken a vacation I can’t remember. Like you, I bring a bunch of books but they’re all on my e-reader bc I don’t want to lug extra weight. The last book I read that I loved (now in my Top 10 all-time faves) was Shark Heart. Love that book!!
